3. Digital products license

When you purchase a JobCoffin product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to the purchased digital content.

You may:

• Download and use the product for your personal career development.
• Print or save a copy for personal reference.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product with others.
• Use the product commercially (e.g., in coaching packages or resale bundles).
• Remove or alter any copyright or branding notices.

All content remains the intellectual property of ADHDWorks / JobCoffin.

4. Not professional advice

JobCoffin products are practical tools and templates. They are not legal, medical, psychological, financial, or career counseling advice. No professional relationship is created by purchasing our products. Consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Promo codes may reduce the checkout total and are applied at checkout. Prices are subject to change; the price displayed at checkout is final.

6. Refund policy

Digital products are non-refundable after delivery, except:

• The delivered file is defective or fails to open.
• At our sole discretion within 7 days of purchase if the product did not help you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

JOBCOFFIN PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC CAREER OUTCOME.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADHDWORKS / JOBCOFFIN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THAT CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use JobCoffin content to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Attempt to circumvent any security feature of this site.

10. Age requirement

JobCoffin products are intended for users 18 years of age and older. Users between 13 and 17 may use this site only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly sell products to users under 13 years of age (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 has made a purchase, contact [email protected] immediately.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to email [email protected] with a description of the issue and allow 30 days for informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may pursue claims in small claims court. For disputes exceeding the small claims limit, you agree to binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by posting a notice on jobcoffin.com. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
